A Note on Scope
We work with clear boundaries to protect quality and delivery.
Additional filming time, locations, or deliverables are always discussed and scoped as a separate production.
Production Allocation
Delivery-Based Monthly Production
Production Allocation is a delivery-based monthly format for clients who need regular production or editing support without entering an open-ended retainer.
Clients reserve a fixed amount of production capacity per month, delivered as clearly defined outputs.
This format prioritises consistency and clarity over availability or access.
How it works
A fixed production allocation is agreed in advance
Deliverables are defined at the start of each month
Work is completed within the agreed allocation
Each month is treated as a standalone production window
What this can include
Depending on the agreed allocation:
Editing of existing footage
Short-form video delivery
Finishing work on filmed material
Occasional capture days (if agreed in advance)
What this is not
Not unlimited work
Not on-demand availability
Not content strategy or marketing management
Not performance or growth optimisation
Commitment
Minimum term: 3 months
Allocation reviewed monthly
Scope remains fixed for the duration
Pricing
Pricing is based on the agreed monthly allocation and deliverables.
Production Allocation is offered selectively and discussed on a project-by-project basis.
